Products purchased through our online website ship directly from our store and adhere to the following shipping policies:Customer agrees to not repackage, to not resell wholesale, and to not sell online.
Angies Boutique ships within the U.S. and Canada.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from ANGIES BOUTIQUE unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
To ensure delivery to the correct address please check the shipping information before confirming the order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

Due to acts of nature and other issues we cannot guarantee the performance of these couriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late, or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please contact customer service at (585)633-8984 or email gigimascollection@gmail.com, to assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective courier.
Claims typically take 7-10 days business days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, as requested. If the filed claim results in a refund, we will reimburse the full amount of the item to you in the form of a credit or a refund.
We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 4-5 days ahead to allow time for the courier to complete the pickup and delivery of your product.
Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for paying shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.
Shipping and handling costs range from $15 - $85 (can be higher based on courier rates calculated at checkout) depending on products and level of service selected.
